The room is 18m², with a large window opposite the door. It is very quiet in the room as it is on the backyard side of the apartment building. In addition, none of the inhabited rooms are directly adjacent to one another, which means that no noise will disturb each other. The room is on the 4th floor. There is the option to park your bike in the backyard and storage space in the basement is also included.
The furnitures (a double bed, a four door clothing cabinet, a study table with two bed side tables) have to be taken over for €400. The warm rent is 321€ and the deposit 250€
Location
The shared apartment is very centrally located. The nearest U35 tram stop towards Ruhr University in Rathaus, which is an 8-minute walk away. Towards Langendreer and Gelsenkirchen, you can catch the tram at Jahrhunderthalle in just 5 minutes. The main train station is also easily reachable on foot within 10-15 minutes. The Bermuda3eck, a popular area with bars and restaurants, is also nearby, and there's a cozy little beer garden right outside the door. Penny, Rossmann, Edeka, Aldi, the Asian market, and McFit gym are all just 5 minutes away, and the beautiful Westpark with the Jahrhunderthalle is only a 10-minute walk.

I am urgently looking for someone to take over my room. This isn’t just a functional flatshare—we value a friendly and respectful living environment. Cleanliness and good communication are very important to us. There is a cleaning schedule for the shared spaces to keep things fair, which is posted in the kitchen.
Beyond that, we believe a shared home should be more than just a place to sleep. We enjoy doing things together, whether it’s going for a hike, having game nights, or watching movies. Of course, personal space is always respected, and everyone has the freedom to unwind in their own way.
