The large, 117-square-metre, four-and-a-half-room flat includes three bedrooms (13 m², 16 m² and 27 m²), a kitchen, a bath (with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink), a closet and a 27-square-metre living/dining room.
The rent covers all costs: heat, water, electricity, gas, rubbish collection, t.v. and radio licence fee, chimney sweep, property taxes — all included.
