Auf der Suche nach einem Praxisraum / looking for a practice room

Hi all, I am Valentina, an English- and Italian-speaking psychologist based in Berlin. I am looking to rent a new practice room for one or two afternoons/evenings per week, in Friedrichshain or Prenzlauer Berg. This has been much more difficult than anticipated…
The WiFi needs to be working seamlessly, as I also have online sessions, and a waiting room would be very nice.
Unfortunately, I cannot rent out one or more entire days, and not all days work for me, as I also have another occupation. Understandably, this seems to be a bit of a problem for most people advertising their spaces here, but I still hope I will be able to find an adjustment that works.

Hallo zusammen, ich bin Valentina, eine englisch und italienisch sprechende Psychologin in Berlin. Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem neuen Praxisraum für ein oder zwei Nachmittage/Abende pro Woche in Friedrichshain oder Prenzlauer Berg. Das hat sich als viel schwieriger erwiesen als erwartet...
Das WiFi muss reibungslos funktionieren, da ich auch Online- Sessions habe, und ein Wartezimmer wäre sehr schön.
Leider kann ich nicht einen oder mehrere ganze Tage vermieten, und nicht alle Tage passen für mich, da ich noch einen anderen Beruf habe. Verständlicherweise scheint das für die meisten Leute, die hier ihre Räume inserieren, ein Problem zu sein, aber ich hoffe trotzdem, dass ich eine Lösung finden kann, die funktioniert.
