Hi y’all, I am searching for a respectful and organized person that can take over my room while I am gone traveling. Move in and out date can be flexible :)
The room is spacious and beautifully furnished, you will have a double bed, a big wardrobe and a TV inside. In the living room is a big sofa, another TV, an open kitchen (dishwasher included yey!), big eating table,… There is also a washing machine!
The bathroom is huge and includes a bathtub AND a shower.
Everything is new and super well equipped. Thats why I am searching for a clean and organized person!
Location:
Not in the center BUT close to everything you need!
15min to Ostkreuz (for party ;) )
30min to Kreuzberg
35min to Tiergarten
Supermarkets (Denn‘s, Kaufland, Asian Supermarket) are all in the same street.
You will live with an Argentinian guy called Boris. Haven‘t met him personally but he is supposed to be a great guy :D
If you are interested in this flat share please write me a little bit about yourself and why you wanna move :) in case you cannot afford the rent i can go a little bit down.
