TRU-Infrared technology:
The TRU-Infrared system uses radiant heat to cook featuring a special grate at the core of the BBQ between the burners and the cooking surface creating a barrier between food and flames.
This technology locks in 50% more juices of the food than traditionals barbecues, also uses 30% less fuel than modern gas BBQs.
