Hello. I'm renting out a room in a shared apartment from April 21st (dates are flexible) until the end of May ( preferably to a girl )
The apartment has everything you need – washing machine, dishwasher, fridge. There’s also a balcony, which is great for catching some fresh air or enjoying your morning coffee ☀️
The room is small but cozy, and it’s got all the basics covered.
We're in Wilmersdorf, about a 15-minute walk to Kurfürstendamm, with lots of supermarkets and shops nearby.
You’ll be sharing the place with two flatmates – one girl and one guy (though he’s away on holiday, so he probably won’t be around during this time).
We’re all easygoing and like to keep the place clean and comfy, so we’re hoping to find someone who feels the same.
The rent is € 375/month, and any additional days will be calculated accordingly.
Deposit: € 100
