The PC works perfectly fine. May not be the fastest by today's standards but will do for most workstation tasks and will even run some older games.
The form factor is desktop (DT) and features a normal non-proprietary motherboard that can be used in a different case or with a different PSU, giving you room for future upgrades. The power supply is proprietary and is 250w, meaning the only GPUs you can add to the system are the low profile versions of GT730 GT1030 and GTX1050. For any better cards you would need to replace the power supply and the case, since a standart power supply will not fit in it.
