As the Design and Research Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital experiences. Leading a team of four product designers and two researchers, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create internal tools, enhance our digital platforms, and support the company’s transformation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    Lead and mentor a team of product designers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
•    Partner with product management, engineering, and marketing to align design and research efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
•    Lead and guide all efforts in design and research areas and align with product strategy and company strategy 
•    Champion data-driven decision-making by leveraging user research insights and usability testing to inform product development.
•    Advocate for best practices in design thinking, accessibility, and user experience within the organization.
•    Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to drive creativity, problem-solving, and alignment across teams.
•    Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of design and research initiatives.
•    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and research.
 

WHAT YOU BRING

* Proven leadership experience in design and research, preferably in the digital or e-commerce space.
* Strong background in UX/UI design and user research methodologies with a portfolio showcasing impactful work.
* Ability to balance creativity with business objectives, ensuring that design and research drive both user satisfaction and commercial success.
* Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user data, conduct usability testing, and derive actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and research findings to diverse audiences.
* Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
