Die Wohnung befindet sich in super Lage, an der Musikhochschule und Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst. 5 Gehminuten zur Innenstadt, bzw. zum Neuen Rathaus, direkt am Johannapark.
Sie ist möbiliert. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Auch Putzzeug ist da. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Espressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Eierkocher.
W-Lan liegt an. TV funktioniert mit DVBT Box. Leider ohne Kabelanschluss , da ich selten TV schaue .
