I'm renting out an extremely spacious, fully furnished bedroom in my 75 sqm, 2-room apartment located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment features a large kitchen, a clean and modern bathroom, and comes with all the essential amenities.

The room is fully furnished and includes a workstation with a monitor and accessories—perfect for remote work. You’ll also have full access to the kitchen and bathroom, making it an ideal setup for a comfortable stay.

Located in one of Berlin's most vibrant neighborhoods, Prenzlauer Berg is renowned for its lively atmosphere, with countless restaurants, cafes, bars, and cinemas all within walking distance. Plus, public transport connections are fantastic: trams and buses are just a 3-4 minute walk away, and the S-Bahn is a 10-minute walk. Grocery shopping is super convenient too, with a store just a minute away.

This is a family apartment, but since my spouse and child will be away for a while, I am renting out one of the rooms temporarily. The rental period is for three months, with the possibility of extending for an additional two months (up to a total of five months). This can be discussed further.

Ich vermiete ein äußerst geräumiges, voll möbliertes Schlafzimmer in meiner 75 qm großen 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Herzen von Prenzlauer Berg. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Küche, ein sauberes und modernes Bad und ist mit allen wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet.

Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und beinhaltet auch einen Arbeitsplatz mit Monitor und Zubehör – ideal für Homeoffice. Du hast vollen Zugang zur Küche und zum Badezimmer, was den Aufenthalt besonders komfortabel macht.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem der lebendigsten Viertel Berlins. Prenzlauer Berg ist bekannt für seine lebhafte Atmosphäre mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Kinos, die alle fußläufig erreichbar sind. Auch die Verkehrsanbindungen sind hervorragend: Straßenbahn und Bus sind nur 3-4 Gehminuten entfernt, und der S-Bahnhof ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt ist sogar nur eine Minute entfernt.

Es handelt sich um eine Familienwohnung, aber da mein Ehepartner und mein Kind für eine Weile abwesend sind, vermiete ich vorübergehend eines der Zimmer. Die Mietdauer beträgt zunächst drei Monate, mit der Möglichkeit, um weitere zwei Monate zu verlängern (insgesamt bis zu fünf Monate). Dies kann bei Interesse besprochen werden.
