Since I am not in Berlin for a few months, I am renting out my fully furnished apartment from now until November 30th.
You can arrange a stay in this time. One night is 50€.
A deposit of one month's rent is required.
Included are a 1.60m wide bed, smart TV, closet, bookshelf, wardrobe with shoe cupboard, kitchen table, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, pans/pots, fitted kitchen, toaster, washing machine.
There is a large balcony overlooking the inner courtyard with garden. Garden furniture is also available.
Location
Bus 250 is right outside the front door and the subway station Vinetastraße (U2,M1,50) is only a 5 minute walk away.
The Ringbahn Schönhauser Allee is one stop away on the U2.

It is best to contact me by text message and we can arrange a viewing appointment. The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
