We are filling the following position for a global company in the field of construction materials which is running its digital hub in Munich:

Marketing Automation Lead (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

* Definition and implementation of marketing automation and lead management strategies
* Managing and guiding a team of two marketing automation experts
* Setup and configuration of marketing automation features in HubSpot
* Creation and implementation of workflows, use cases and templates
* Support of inbound marketing campaigns including lead generation and lead nurturing
* Utilizing data and analytics tools to measure overall lead management performance
* Conducting workshops and trainings for regional marketing managers
* Setup of dashboards in HubSpot and Tableau

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or comparable education
* Proven experience (5-6 years) and track record in marketing automation and inbound marketing
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role
* Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and CRM software (Salesforce)
* Good understanding of technical processes and marketing automation interfaces
* Very good project management skills (e.g. JIRA, Asana, Monday etc.)
* Hands-on mentality and an open and communicative personality
* Business fluent in English
