- 940€ monatlich (Nebenkosten inklusive)
- Vollmöbliert (inkl. Küche)
- !!Nur für Student(inn)en, Praktikant(inn)en, Doktorand(inn)en, Trainees, Auszubildende und andere, die sich in einem Ausbildungsverhältnis befinden!!
- Bezug zu zweit in Absprache mit der Verwaltung möglich gegen Aufpreis für die Nebenkosten
- Tiefgaragenstellplatz zusätzlich mietbar
- Gemeinschaftsräume (u.a. Fitness-, Studier- und Gamingraum)

Ich habe die Wohnung 2022 erstbezogen, dementsprechend ist diese selbst und das ganze Gebäude noch sehr neu.

I’m looking for a new tenant starting July 1st, 2025 for my student apartment in Neu-Ulm, located in the Grünes Haus am Ring (Uniapart student residence).
Here are a few key details:
• Approx. 47.5 m²: 2 rooms + bathroom + spacious balcony + storage locker
• €940/month, all utilities included
• Fully furnished (including kitchen)
• Only available to students, interns, PhD candidates, trainees, apprentices, or anyone currently in an educational/training program
• Possible for two people to move in with prior approval from management (additional utility fee applies)
• Underground parking space available for rent
• Shared amenities include a gym, study room, and gaming lounge
• Bus stop right outside with direct connections to HNU, THU, and the University of Ulm; main train/bus station (ZUP) is less than a 5-minute walk away
• Centrally located, close to Glacis Park, shopping centers, and supermarkets
