Office space available in Berlin Wedding…. 75m2 office space, art studio space, 1242 warm, looking for a new tenant.

We're looking for a new tenant to immediately take over the contract for the available space. The commercial space on the ground floor has open windows at the front facing the street: one big window and one that can be opened. It also includes a basic kitchen with a fridge, a small bedroom at the back, and a front space previously used as an art gallery (35 square meters). The backspace can be used as an office (19 square meters), and there's a storage space (Keller) connected to the front space (17 square meters).

It's a beautiful open and bright space, suitable for offices, studios, ateliers, etc. The rent is 1242 euros per month, and it increases every year 25euro. The contract is for a minimum of two years, with the possibility of a 2 year extension, maybe longer.
