WELCOME TO OUR HOLISTIC COLLECTIVE

Location: Friedrichshain, Kreutzigerstraße 12, 10247 Berlin, conveniently situated between Boxhagener Platz (210m) and U-Bahn Samariterstraße (350m).

Our newly renovated space boasts high ceilings and spans a total area of 102.5m2. Our vision is to create a nurturing environment where like-minded individuals can come together and enjoy a secure and productive workspace.

The facility comprises three rooms along with a spacious waiting area and a bathroom.

Room 1: Equipped with an adjustable electronic table suitable for various bodywork and holistic practices such as massage, osteopathy, physiotherapy, Chinese medicine, and more. Additionally, there are two seats and a small table available for consultations and intake.

Room 2: A versatile space featuring a comfortable foldable massage table that can be either kept within the room or easily moved. It is ideal for massage therapists, bodyworkers, yoga and pilates practitioners, as well as talk therapies, psychotherapy, and any other holistic practices. There are two seats and a small table available for consultations and intake.

Room 3: This double room is divided into two sections. The front room is designed for consultations, intake sessions, and talk therapies and a small desk, while the back room is furnished with a massage table suitable for bodywork. From January 2025, the foldable massage table will be swapped with an electronic table for a more comfortable work situation.

Our rooms can be rented for half-day or full-day periods. Half-day rentals are available from 8 am to 3 pm or 3 pm to 10 pm.

PRICING:
Room 1 and 2 half-day each week: €145/month + 19% VAT.
Full-day each week: €240/month + 19% VAT.
Room 3 half-day each week: 170€/month + 19% VAT.
Full-day each week: 310€/month + 19% VAT.
We also offer discounted rates for renting a room for multiple days and full Sundays.

The following equipment is provided:
- Massage table, bolster, eye pillow, and oils.
- Bluetooth music player, aroma diffuser, and salt lamp.
- Chairs for consultations and talk therapies.

In addition to the amenities mentioned above, we offer cleaning services, Wi-Fi access for both you and your clients, a spacious waiting room with a selection of teas and coffees, as well as a storage box for your personal belongings.

Furthermore, our space doubles as an art gallery, hosting regular fundraising exhibitions to support marginalized communities. The art on display will change every few months, ensuring a dynamic and engaging experience for our visitors.
