Ihre Aufgaben:

As a Product Owner, your role will be pivotal in defining, prioritizing, andvalidating the product backlog. This will be achieved through robustcollaboration with stakeholders and process specialists distributed globally.You will play a central role in the digital transformation of a key qualityprocess that integrates multiple data sources and necessitates significantchange management across various sites and units.
Your ability to quickly comprehend new processes and clearly communicate theharmonized process design and user requirements to all contributing functions,including IT and process specialists, will ensure the product's alignment withboth the company's objectives and the needs of our customers.

Utilize your profound knowledge of requirement engineering to define andprioritize product requirements.
Coordinate the creation of a globally harmonized process across varioussites and units, thereby fully enhancing the value of the digital solution.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment withthe company's objectives and customer needs.
Lead the planning of product release plans, setting expectations for thedelivery of new functionalities.
Play an active role in mitigating any impediments that could impact thesuccessful completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
Communicate project milestones and the product roadmap to both the usercommunity and management.

Ihr Profil:

A Master's degree in Natural or Computer Sciences, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in productmanagement.
Profound knowledge in requirement engineering.
A strong affinity for data-driven projects and experience in integratingdata from multiple source systems.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a must.
Familiarity with agile is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
