Wanted: partner for spacious (40m2) music, recording & mix studio

Spectacular and very spacious (40m2) studio to share/rent for mixing, producing, and small recordings. The room is very bright and sunny, and the acoustics are excellent, with top-level professional equipment and even a pretty spacious isolated recordings booth! Wi-Fi is included, and the building is accessible 24/7 with toilets, we also have a small kitchenette to prepare some food.

We are still in the process of building some of the elements, e.g. the acoustics are only about 65% done and there is more work to do with cabling and layout of the space, so the rent will be lower at first, especially if you're willing to help us with this process!

There is even an electronically adjustable workstation that allows for both standing and sitting work, as well as air conditioning for the hottest summer days.


We share the studio between three people and are looking for one more *nice and reliable* co-tenant to share the studio with us. The rent is normally 180 euros for 2 guaranteed roughly 8-hour long sessions per week (tho as mentioned will be cheaper at first, 160 max) PLUS you can also book additional sessions spontaneously if the studio is available at short notice, so you could still end up with 3-4 sessions in any given week. The use of all studio equipment is included in all cases.


In particular, people who like to work late and/or weekends would be a good fit, because the day sessions during the week are usually taken.
