I‘m sub-letting my lovely apartment in Europacity for two months from the 1st of July until the 31st of August. It‘s a fully-furnished and fully-equipped two bedroom apartment in a brand-new apartment block directly by the canal. Perfect place to spend the summer in Berlin or to start off in town to find something more long-term.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Europacity bei dem Museum „Hamburger Bahnhof“ in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße direkt am Spandauer Schiffahrtskanal. Schöner Ausblick aufs Wasser! Supermärkte und Drogeriemarkt sind direkt um die Ecke. Verschiedene Cafés und Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft. Zum Hauptbahnhof nur 10 Minuten Fußweg. Auch sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten in Berlin-Mitte sind easy zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in Europacity close to the museum „Hamburger Bahnhof“ in a quiet side street directly by the canal. Very nice view of the canal. Supermarkets and other everyday stores are just around the corner. Several cafés and restaurants are in the neighborhood. Just a 10-minutes walk from the central station. All the famous spots of central Berlin are also close by.
