Im Herzen des Leipziger Ostens befindet sich diese sonnendurchflutete Wohnung mit Südseite. Die vielen Fenster schaffen viel Helligkeit und Wärme und ein Kamin lädt zum wohlfühlen und erholen ein. Die Wohnung ist so gestaltet, dass sich dem Wohnbereich direkt eine offene Küche anschließt und das Bad verfügt über eine große gläserne und ebenerdige Dusche.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG. Einen Aufzug gibt es leider nicht. Der Boden ist mit Holzparkett ausgelegt, sodass dieser der Wohnung, gemeinsam mit den vielen Fenstern insgesamt sehr viel Wärme und Wohlfühlen verleiht.Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein 1,40x2,00 Bett.

Die nächste Tram Station ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt und der Hauptbahnhof damit in 10 Minuten gut und schnell zu erreichen.
Im Haus befindet sich ein süßes Café Simmini, dass immer von Donnerstag bis Sonntag geöffnet ist und das auch eine kleine Buchhandlung mit liebevoll ausgewählten Büchern zum Verkauf stellt. Reinschnuppern lohnt sich hier also doppelt … ☺️
Meine Wohnung ist leider nicht Barrierefrei.

Die Wohnung ist im gesamten Festivalzeitraum frei, kann nach Absprache ggf. auch länger gebucht werden.
Außerdem wünsche ich mir bei Ankunft eine Kaution in Höhe von 300€, die ihr natürlich nach vor Abreise wieder bekommt.

In the heart of the eastern part of Leipzig, this sun-drenched apartment with a south-facing orientation awaits you. The many windows create an abundance of light and warmth, and a fireplace invites relaxation and comfort. The apartment is designed so that the living area directly connects to an open kitchen, and the bathroom features a large glass walk-in shower.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. The floor is laid with wooden parquet, which, together with the many windows, gives the apartment a very warm and cozy feel. The living room includes a 1.40x2.00 meter bed.

The nearest tram station is only 5 minutes away, making the main train station easily and quickly accessible in 10 minutes.
In the building, there is a charming café, Simmini, which is open from Thursday to Sunday, and it also has a small bookstore offering lovingly selected books for sale. It’s definitely worth stopping by here… ☺️
Unfortunately, my apartment is not wheelchair accessible.
Price is per night.
The apartment is available throughout the entire festival period and may be booked for a longer stay upon request.
Additionally, I ask for a deposit of €300 upon arrival, that you get back before you leave
