Good conditions, considering the age. Top, sides and back are almost perfect (see photos), as well as binding around the neck. The pegs turn smoothly. There is a dent on the side of the neck around the 6th fret (see photo), but it is imperceptible to the touch. You don't even notice it while you're playing. This guitar is a little gem from the Nippon Gakki factory, sounds great with naturally aged wood and no buzzing frets. Dates around late '70s. Comes with a Fender acoustic gigbag and a newly installed set of strings by luthier.
