My roommate and I are moving out at the end of the month, so two rooms will be available in the apartment. You’ll be sharing the apartment with another person. So there will be 2 rooms available.
Apartment The apartment is located on Rochowstrasse, 10245 Berlin. The rent is €650 per month, including internet, for a fully furnished room (as seen in the pictures), but without registration. The room is approximately 28 square meters, fully furnished with a large, relatively new couch, a bed, a TV, a desk, and a closet with a mirror. While the furniture isn't brand new (except for the couch), everything is in good condition. The room is bright, spacious, and comfortable. There’s also a large kitchen equipped with everything you need.
Location: The nearest train stations are Warschauer Straße and Ostkreuz (Ringbahn), both about a 12-minute walk away. It’s ideal if you have or plan to get a bike. Grocery stores like Netto, Lidl, Aldi, and Rewe are within a 5-15 minute walk. Just across the street, you can enjoy walks along the banks of the Spree, relax in the sun, or take a walk in Treptower Park.
